03 November 2011 I have to fill and submit e-cforms from F.Y 2007-08 to F.Y. 2011-12. For this I have the following queries:
1) Can I fill up the details of all these years in one C form itself, or I will have fill up separately for each year?
2) The C form available at www.mahavat.gov.in is not accepting the date before 2008. So how should I fill the details of F.Y 2007-08?

03 November 2011 harsh, under incometax there is no C form or E form needed

C forms has to be issued within ONE quarter from the quater of receipt, i.e for purchase within march june quarter will get C form just after submission of June return.

you have to issue the forms quarterwise.

for back dated cases, visit your Vat officer and handle the case by manual submission.

04 November 2011 Thanks alot for your reply sir. The problem is we never filed c forms in the earlier years. So now our suppliers have asked for c forms from 07-08 to 11-12. So do we have to fill separate forms for all the quarters of these years??
