23 November 2012 earlier,while submitting rebate claim physically BRC is required to be submitted. after implementation of E brc is it necessary to submit BRC with other document for rebate claim.

if yes, than how to get E brc.
copy of e brc from dgft site is sufficient.

23 November 2012 REFER TO DGFT Public Notice No.02/(RE 2012)/2009-14 DTD 05.06.2012 NOW EXPORTER TAKE PRINT IN DGFT WEBSITE SUBMIT IN any agency link is:

https://dgftebrc.nic.in:8100/DGFTeBRC/brcIssuedTrade_input.jsp

only DGFT they will not produce the BRC only sufficient for taking print as per link mentioned.

23 November 2012 after entering iec code sb no and date etc . display...is it sufficient for claim of benefit of export.amt. realised and usd details are not display.

should i take print out of that ...and submit the same

23 November 2012 ALTHOUGH EXPORTER IS NOT COMPELLED TO SUBMIT IN THIS CASE BUT FOR CHECKING & OTHER PURPOSE CAN SUBMIT AFTER TAKE A PRINT IT ON THE SAID LINK AND SUBMIT THE E-BRC in RJDGFT office.
