27 July 2016 Application for Advance Authorization shall have to be filed online using Digital Signature only. For applications where standard input-output norms (SION) are available for export product no documents are required to be filed except receipt evidencing payment of application fee. For applications where no SION is available , the list of documents (exhaustive) to be filed for grant of Authorization on self declared norm basis is available at ANF -4A of Aayat Niryat forms. The application fee is one per thousand or part thereof subject to a minimum of Rs. Five Hundred and maximum of Rupees one lakh on CIF value/duty saved amount of Authorization/ license.
