Duty drawback on nepal exports

03 April 2012 Effective March 12 Export to Nepal is done duty free (Excise), kindly clarify at the earliest whether there is some change in Duty Drawback rules wrt Nepal Export effective said date only. Is it possible to be claimed after said date.
