Duty drawback

10 October 2012 I am working in an organisation where we have export some goods which we earlier imported. For the said consignment we want to claim the duty drawback. but our cHA want the request letter for the duty drawback and the authority letter to authorise them to claim duty drawback. Can anyone provide md the templet for the same?
