Dear Sir,
we have excise dealer, if we send excise material with excise gate pass to party,some reason party return material to us, can we take excise credit?if yes which documents require to us from party.

so you are not eligible to take credit
but the party will issue invoice in your favor for returning the goods, and it will be treated as a fresh exicse invoice and u have to maintain seperate folio and sl no for the same. also you will have to issue invoice on the strenth of the same for cenvat purpose to next manufactuer buyer.
