We are going to import battery from korea and same will sale in india so what we will do to maintain excise in accounts and taken calim. kindly advise me

First take Excise dealership registration with teh concerned jurisdictional Range office, so that you can pass on the cenvat credit (i.e, CVD, SAD, Cess paid on the imports) to the buyer who can avail cenvat credit. Follow the rules and procedures applicable for the dealer.
