01 May 2014 i have completed my O.T. training from Gwalior Branch of CIRC and my O.T. certificate is lost.So can you guys tell me the whole procedure for issuance of duplicate certificate.

01 May 2014 then you need to write a letter to icai regional chapter from where u did ur ot that ur original ot certificate is lost and u need a copy of that.

02 May 2014 thanx alot bhaiya..........but they are saying that u have to make an application to ICAI Delhi....I have completed all the formalities they asked for but now they are saying that they does not have the authority to issue duplicate certificate.....

06 May 2014 then make an application stating the reason to delhi...dont worry u will get it.
