Step 1 : Check Corporate governance
Step 2 : Check last 3years audited balance sheets.
Step 3 : Check current year unaudited financials.
Step 4 : Check compliance certificate from Comany secretary.
STep 5 : Compare projections and actuals.
Step 6 : check any frauds were detected.
