21 March 2018 Ours in a private limited company. We have just now filed our income tax returns for the financial year 2016-17. Returns to ROC are not yet filed. What is the last date for filing ROC returns for the financial year 2016-17.

22 March 2018 Due date for filing Annual Return : within 60 days from the date on which the annual
general meeting is held or where no annual general meeting is held in any year within 60 days from the date on which the annual general meeting should have been held.

22 March 2018 As per Companies Act 2013, last date of filing financials to ROC was 28th Novemebr 2017 (after extension for fy 2016-17) for Non IND- AS
And for IND AS it is 31st march 2018(after extension)
For Annual return last date was 29th November 2017- 60 days from AGM. If AGM has been extended then 60 days from extended AGM
