Please help me out in my confusion & kindly tell me wat were the due dates for AY 2009-10 in case of:-
(i) Filling of IT return by
- a Company
- an Individual
&
(ii) Deposit of TDS u/s 200(1) [especially for March]

Due date for filling IT return for
an Ind. & HUF is 31st July
Non-corporate assessee or a working partner of a firm (where books are reqd to be audited) & Corporate Assessee its 30th Sept
on TDS Collected on 30th March you have to deposited TDS before 31st May
an Ind. & HUF is 31st July
