02 March 2011 yes, you can file your F.Y. 09-10 return before 31st march'2011 with if taxabiity you have to pay u/s 234ABC whichever is applicable or if return nil doesn't matter to above. just filed.
Most imp.
if you have taxable income on which you have to pay tax..then carefully filed bf expert said date. afterthan you have pay penelty of Rs.5000/- for nonfiling tax payable IT Return.

if you have nil return you also also much time to file upto 31st March'2012.
