Respected Sir,
If I would file ITR on 27/03/2015 for A.Y. 2014-15 for a non audited person having no tax liability or tax refund then under which section I would file this return? whether it would be section 139(1) or section 139(4).

U/s. 139 (4), as you are filing after due date i.e. after 31st july-2014.

yes correctly said as 139(4) and additionally also send the itr-v acknowledgement to cpc within 120 days of 27.3.2015
