What is from 3B? When & which tax tax payer has to file the GSTR-3B, what detail it content

Whether we have to file both GSTR-3 and 3B

11 August 2017 Start with 3 B.
Then GSTR 1
GSTR 2 will be prepared by Govt and sent to you on your log in. You need to amend /alter/ accept and upload
Then will come the stage of GSTR 3
