14 May 2012 In case of Individual / Partnership firm having tax audit, what is the due date for filling Return of Income for 31st March, 2012? Is it 31st July or 31st Sept? Any amendment in the budget?

15 May 2012 The due date for assessees whose books of accounts are required to be audited u/s 44AB is 30th September. There is no such amendment in the section, but an amendment is proposed in the DTC to make it to 31st August.
