A COMPANY LAST AGM DATE WAS 25/08/2011, COMPANY CURRENT AUDIT REPORT DATE IS 27/09/2012.WHAT SHOULD BE THE DUE DATE OF AGM AND WHAT SHOULD BE AGM HELD DATE FOR YEAR ENDING 31/03/2012. COMPANY WAS INCORPORATED ON 21/05/2009.

The due date of agm is subject to following conditions :-
Condition 1 :-
Within 6 months of closing of the Financial year of the Company (sec 210)
Condition 2 :-
Every Calender year one AGM should be conducted(Sec 166)
Condition 3 :-
The time gap between each agm shall not exceed 15 months. (18 months in case of First AGM from the date of incorporation)(Sec 166)
Therefore in your case it should be on or before 30.09.2012.
All the conditions are cumulative conditions. All the conditions has to be satisfied.
