The due date of filing Form 66 is 30 days from the date of Annual general Meeting. The late fee or additional fee will be as below:
Period of Delay Additional Fees Upto 30 days - Two Times of Normal Fee Between 31 - 60 days - Four Times of Normal Fee Between 61 - 90 days - Six times of normal Fee More thatn 90 days - Nine times of normal fee
The above additional fees is in addition to normal filing fees.
