what is due date of filling form No. 66 with ROC and what is late fee or additional fee thereon, how it is calculated?

The due date of filing Form 66 is 30 days from the date of Annual general Meeting. The late fee or additional fee will be as below:
Period of Delay Additional Fees
Upto 30 days - Two Times of Normal Fee
Between 31 - 60 days - Four Times of Normal Fee
Between 61 - 90 days - Six times of normal Fee
More thatn 90 days - Nine times of normal fee
The above additional fees is in addition to normal filing fees.
