22 July 2010 what is the due date for income tax return filling for Resident welfare association registered under society registration Act ,1860 as AOP.(Not registered as a chartiable institution under Income Tax Act)(Its accounts get audited as per bye laws of the RWA which is submitted to society of registrar at the time of registration).Also as far as advance tax is concerned ,they need to deposit in all 4 installments or 3 installments starting from sep qtr onwards.
