WHETHER DUE DATE FOR FILLING OF FORM 10CCB U/S 80IC HAS ALSO BEEN EXTENDED WITH EXTENSION IN FILLING OF TAX AUDIT REPORT.

Nice Question. Till date , as per my limited knowledge there is no clarification on this aspect by the department. Logically speaking the due date for 10CCB must have been extended but till the time there is no clarification, it is advisable to file the same on or before due date i.e. 30 September 2016 itself to prevent any loss in this regard.
