due date of furnishing return of assessee whose accounts are audited and date of furnishing tax audit report ?

Due date of filing ITR and Tax audit report is 30 sep 2013. However for tax audit u can upload online by 31 oct 2013 provided u physically submit it to your AO by 30 sep 2013 as per new notification F.No. 225/117/2013/ITA.II..
