Please tell me what is the due date for filling IT return as per latest notification.

due date to file income tax return is 30th september 2013,,no change in it

however there is a useless relaxation for taxaudit report efiling

where assesse finds difficult to upload taxaudit report..they can submit manual tax audit report before jurisdictional AO on or before 30.09.2013

however they also mandatorily required to file tax audit report before 31.10.2013
