HOW TO WITHDRAW APPEAL FOR FILING FORM-3 OF DTVSV ?

Simply write a submission and filed online with NFAC or CIT(A) wherever the matter is pending. You can write that for the said case you have filed Form 1 in VSV 2024 hence you want to withdraw the appeal.
