what are the chances of DTC being applicble???
My attempt is on May 13 so i m confused whether to join the next batch or not..... bcos of uncertyainity of DTC applicability..

The Finance Minister has just very recently stated that DTC is likely to be slated in 2012-2013 financial year.It will be the normal budget on 28th February, 2012.You may refer to Arvind Dattar's a Supreme Court/High Court Lawyer's piece in Money Today website who advocates the present set up which has evolved over a very long period and with judgments settling the various tricky issues.This is true as DTC has lost its original format.The May attempt you should take up with full valour and confidence.
