03 November 2008 Can india is having DTAA with Hong Kong?
If NO what is TDS Rate applicable for Technical Fees? If yes can i get a copy of DTAA

04 November 2008 Dear kamlesh DTAA is not deal with city it deals with country as hongkong is not a country it is in the japan so there is DTAA with japan with our india.

and TDS is 10% on technical fee not need to surcharge and E.C.
