26 April 2012 I M PAYING TRAINING FEES TO A COMPANY IN CHINA. SHUD I DEDUCT TDS ON IT OR NOT?? PLZZZ REPLY?? IS THERE ANY CLAUSE TO DEDUCT TDS ON TRAINING FEES FOR TECHNICAL PURPOSE??
