DTA AND DTL to be created on WDV of ASSETs* tax rate or Depritation of assets* tax rate ?

DTA and DTL should be recognised on the timing difference arising out of Accounting income and Tax Income. Depreciation rates has no significance except for arriving at the WDV or Depreciation for the purpose ascertaining timing difference.
