Dsc key signature problems

Dear Please solve this:
At the time of selecting DSC Signature .pfx file the following error occuring:
Java Plug-in 10.0.0.147
Using JRE version 1.7.0-b147 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator
