Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:
Query
Whether DSC is required for filing Income Tax Return u/s 139(9) in respect of Companies or Any Type of Assessees, who are subject to Section 44AB.

Yes, DSC is required to upload return u/s. 139(9), if return is with audit.
22 November 2016
If there is non auditable Income tax return are to be submitted u/s 139(9), there is no need of Digital signature to be attached and this is fully optional.
