26 April 2016 Kindly guide me about which class of Digital signature is suitable for a practicing chartered accountant.

DSC is required for ROC, income tax and also for other utilities.

Kindly tell me different utilities and websites requires which class of certificate.

26 April 2016 Class 2 DSC is required for :-
e-filing of Income Tax Return,
eFiling of Service Tax Return,
eSigning of Form No. 16,
eSigning of Form No. 16 A,
MCA21 RoC eFiling,
LLP Formation,
Company Formation.

Class 3 DSC is required for :-
e-tenders,
e-procurement,
vendor registrations
MCA21 filing.

CHOICE IS YOURS ACCORDING TO THE NEED.

But why did you mentioned MCA filing both in class 2 and in class 3?
