Dsc attachment at mca website

11 July 2016 I am trying to create a business user ID at MCA website.... For this I have to attach my DSC but the "Attach DSC" button, given in registration form, is not working....

Tried doing this both in chrome and in IE...

Can someone suggest me the possible reason..
