12 August 2013 A chartered accountant (appionted as consultant) gave his digital signature to another chartered accountant to facilitate the working of Company in which they are employed.

Is there any risk involved therein.

if you beleive that other CA is good person it will be okay and ofcourse there is chance to misuse your DSC also

If, later on, it was found that my dsc was misused, what are the difficulties or penalties that may be faced by me. What measures may be taken to have oneself saved in such circumstances.
