Shipment was made from Nhava sheva port
drawback scroll no 15365/2016 dt:23.03.2016 but still we han't received any payment
shipping bill no 2437931/17.08.2015
Kindly inform us what the action should be taken

Follow it up with your CHA / Customs Broker who handed your shipment for export.(or) you may meet the Assistant Commissioner Drawback in the port of Shipment.
