Job work of product design,tool design,reverse engineering

29 November 2009 Draft MOA suitable amended as per your requirement is as under:
" to act as manufacturer, buyer, supplier, importer, exporter, commission agent, broker, C & F Agent, designor, developer of all kinds of plant & machinery, precision tools, jigs, dies, moulds, machinery spares and all components as may be used in any machine, made of plastic, ferrous or non ferrous metal, wood or any other material or act as consultant to set up project on turnkey basis or otherwise or provide technical know how.
