03 January 2014 Sir can I get the draft copy of MoA and AoA for incorporation of pvt ltd company having its H.O. In Goa, incorporated for d business of mining of minor minerals n its sale.it comprises of chairman/MD constituting 90% shares and 2 directors having 5% shares each.
