12 April 2011 my application fold other place from the place fold it is there is any problem submitting this type of application form.in the form the mobile colum box is 11 but the mobile number is 10 usually how it is write

12 April 2011 Dnt worry fold on other side wouldn't make much diffrence. Nd regarding 11 digit mobile number u need to prefix '0' before writing ur 10 digit number. For further doubts in form filling email me at
