sir please clear my doubt (while uploading ITR-4 in online i had entered wrong MICR NO , in it is any possible to change even though it was uploaded)plz help me

First of all please confirm is you selected ECS credit option or paper cheque option for receiving of your refund.
If you selected paper option i.e receiving of cheque then you will be happy because of to issue refund in form of cheque Bank account number is important because of it is quoted on the cheque and with that cheque you can credit your refund into your account.
In case if you selected ECS option to receive your refund then now you can't change the MICR CODE so wait for the receipt of intimation of 143(1) and check the status of refund and says failed to refund into bank(i.e CPC has send the refund order but due to doesn't matching of bank details it not credited into account) then upload 154(1) rectification with changing of correct MICR CODE then you will get your refund properly.
