doubt regarding date of AGM

01 May 2010 If the AGM of the company was last held on 25.09.2009, then what would be its date of AGM for the year 2009-10 ? whether it would be on 25.09.2010 or 30.09.2010 because as per Companies Act the Agm should be within 12 months of the last AGM or 6 months after the Balance sheet Date.

01 May 2010 It is 15moths from the date of last agm or 6 moths from the closure of accounts for balance sheet. If in your case balance sheet date is 31-3-2010 and last agm was conducted on 25-09-2009 the last date for conduction of agm will be 30-9-2010.
