doubt regarding date of AGM

If the AGM of the company was last held on 25.09.2009, then what would be its date of AGM for the year 2009-10 ? whether it would be on 25.09.2010 or 30.09.2010 because as per Companies Act the Agm should be within 12 months of the last AGM or 6 months after the Balance sheet Date.

It is 15moths from the date of last agm or 6 moths from the closure of accounts for balance sheet. If in your case balance sheet date is 31-3-2010 and last agm was conducted on 25-09-2009 the last date for conduction of agm will be 30-9-2010.
