Doubt on filing of exam form

18 February 2017 My final registration expired on 12.02.2017.I applied for re validation on 27.01.2017.But not received any confirmation letter from ICAI.
When filing online exam form it ask date of re validation.which date is to be given? whether 12.2.2017 or 27.01.2017 or else? how to fill my exam form?
Help me.
