Doubt in ITR-4

24 July 2011 Dear all,
our client is attracted to sec-44AD&AE and got 2 house proprieties,so started filing in ITR-4,and but the income is showing in negative in BP Annexure of ITR-4 after the income details.Why its so?

25 July 2011 I have failed to understand how 2 houses are coming in between at the time of 44AD & AE. It seems that you are unable to place the proper facts

25 July 2011 Dart ok sir,
My doubt is an assessee got presumptive income under sec 44AD44AE and also got house property income.Now while entering the presumptive income in respective columns of ITR4(i.e.,BP Annexure)the said income is showing in -ve.Im nt able to understand why it is showing in dat way?
