I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CALCULAT THE DOS ON CR SALE OR INCULDING TOTAL SALE :
A) Total Debetors/(CR Sale/365)
B) Total Debetors/(CR Sale+Cash Sale/365)

1.Days' credit should be calculated with reference to credit sale.
2.Purpose of calculating ratio is to arrive at avaerge crdit extended in the market for the purpose of over all control on cash flow and crdeit exposure.
3. Including cash sales will only give lower days credit with no valuable input to user to make an assessment.
