dont know where to fill the details ITR2/IT4

13 July 2011 I am a housewife. I have earned
interest from 3 bank accounts as 4708,13100
& 40746. I have a trading account from which i have short term gain (STT Paid)21751/- and long term gain (STT Paid) 27174/-. i want to efile my tax returns in ITR2/ITR4 . But there are so many complicated options and i am not getting , where to fill all those details . Could anybody tell me the xact section or point , where i should fill the above details.
Please help me as i am new to this

14 July 2011 Fill ITR2
Fill the following sheets
1. PART A - GENERAL - your information
2. PARTB - TI - TTI - Fill the declaration at the end. (other infor with come automatically)
3. CG-OS - Fill yr STCG (Full value of consideration and Cost of acquisition), Short term capital gain under section 111A included in 4 (as STT is paid), and Bank interest in Schedule OS
4. EI - fill yr LTCG (as STT is paid, LTCG is exempt)
then come back to PARTB - TI - TTI, and check if all your income has come to Computation of total income, then click on calcualate tax and check.
then validate all the filled pages and then click on generate button to generate XML file. Once done go to http://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and log in with yr user name and password. Then click on submit return and upload yr XML file. Once done u will get the ITR V on yr mail or the site itself. Open that with your Pan No.+DOB(all small). Take a print out and sign it and sent it at the address mentioned there
