My brother is engaged in proprierary concern who has made the donetion Rs. 50000/- by cheque. Plz guide me does my brother eligible to claim the deduction u/s 80G or not if yes how much,

26 March 2016 Yes he can but where he donate is important because trust must have their 80G and Your brother has to collect receipt for that donation.
