Both are Charitable Trust and enjoy 80G and other Tax benfits.
One Trust conducts hospital - Medical Service only.
Another trust actvity as religious,educational,social & medical help ( Mix object )
Can Medical Trust donate to other trust as donation every year when both differ in their aims and object?.

Yes in this case one trust can donate to other trust., and can claim exemption for taxable income.
