disallowed u/s 37(2B) and allowable u/s 80GGB.

There is no provision under PGBP for disallowing political party contribution. Even Sec 37(2B) applies advertisement in the souvenir , brochure of Political Party.
Since Deduction U/s 80GGB is available it can be availed through the 80GGB.
