08 December 2009 Dear Experts,

If there is a co.is registerd u/s 25 of the Co's act(as a Trust) & having 12A Certificate still to be recived from Income Tax Dept.
please let me know that the above company can take the donation from any partnership firm? if yes then what is the amount ??

09 December 2009 The company can take donations from a partnership firm without any limit.

However; the partnership firm cannot claim any deduction u/s 80G till the certificate is produced by the company.
