Please solve my query,

1] My Cliant issued donation of Rs.15000/- for village god temple & issued donation for rs.5000/- for ganesh festival

he can full rebate of rs.(5000+15000=20000)in income tax u/s 80g

Please reply

25 July 2014 only if the donee is reg under sec 80G with the dept and ur client mentions the pan of such donee else no exemption u/s 80G is allowed
