WE HAVE PAID DONATION TO ONE OF THE FOUNDATION BUT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE CERTIFICATE. CAN WE CLAIM THE DEDUCTION AND HOW CAN THE VERIFY THE NAME OF THE FOUNDATION IN THE 80G LIST.

You Don't need the Certificate.
Just ask them for donation receipts, mentioning their PAN No. & 80G Registration Details.
You can search them from the below link:
