04 September 2013 What is the last date for sending the tax audit report for domestic transfer pricing ?
as per 92E it is 30 nov for international transation? and all are saying that through the revised guidance note last date for trnsfer pricing report is 30 sep ?
Please reply as soon as possible .

04 September 2013 Yes it is 30.9 only in case of domestic transfer pricing co.

04 September 2013 and in case of international transaction it 30 nov .... but exception is for domestis transfer pricing....
for domestic transfer it 30. sep
n for international transaction it is 30 nov ...
