11 April 2013 dear as per sec. 92BA specified domestic transinction includes transiction covered u/s 40A or transactions mentioned u/s 80-IA

both the above mentioned sections deals with only business transictions covered in Profit & loss account.

in your case sec 50C on part of Company and sec 56(2)(vii) on part of director will apply..
