SALE OF LAND BY A PVT. LTD TO THE DIRECTORS. WHETHER TP IS APPLICABLE AND TO WHOM.

dear as per sec. 92BA specified domestic transinction includes transiction covered u/s 40A or transactions mentioned u/s 80-IA
both the above mentioned sections deals with only business transictions covered in Profit & loss account.
in your case sec 50C on part of Company and sec 56(2)(vii) on part of director will apply..

Since company is not paying any money to directors hence domestic TP shall not apply.
