We are 100% EOU register in STPI.
If we made a domestic sale then we need to take permission from STPI??

11 April 2011 mr vaibhav,

as per para 6.8(a), of foreign trade policy 2009-14 , units other than jems and jewellery may sell up to 50% of fob value of exports, subject of positive NFE on payment of concessional duties. within entitlement of DTA sale , UNIT MAY SELL IN DTA.
